Sequoia was initially selected to renovate 10,000 SF of general office space of a previous tenant into a call center with private offices for McGraw Hill in Burr Ridge. Subsequent projects for McGraw Hill at the same site included 7,200 SF of office renovations on the second floor, renovations of pantry/copy rooms on floors 2—5 and renovation of 2,500 SF of unoccupied tenant space on the first floor into office space and a Dodge Plan Room.
