Complete build out of 3,300 SF of high end dental office from vanilla box space. Construction was completed in 11 weeks.
Work included medical gas piping, new mechanical systems, suspended soffits, custom millwork and other high end finishes.
The front entrance door weighed 375 pounds and is held in place with overhead and floor pivots. The door is balanced so
well a small child can open it without difficulty.
