Sequoia simultaneously completed 80,000 SF of interior build out for three different national retailers in South Elgin. Sequoia excelled in the coordination of all the national accounts, fixturing and product for each individual tenant. Each tenant had different drop dead dates that were all meet by Sequoia. The Petsmart included a full service veterinary service and salon.
