Complete build out of 5,486 SF of office and conference space. Construction was completed in 7 weeks. Work included new mechanical systems, including a Liebert unit ,for the server room, custom millwork, custom wood doors and frames, marble finishes, cloth wall coverings along with all interior construction. Sequoia General Contracting Corp. went on to complete similar projects for JP Morgan Chase in Bloomingdale, Winnetka, Libertyville and Orland Park.
